*For room reservation we need a pre-payment of 25% of the total (50% for high season) , with bank tranfer (we give you the details by call or e-mail) or credit card use.

* For single use or without breakfast there is discount on price
Most rooms accommodate up to 3 persons. ( 3rd person  +15euro) , children up to 10 years old - free, children from 10-15 y.o. +10 euro.

  • The prices are adjusted according to the room, the number of the days and the number of guests

e.g The ''DREAM" Room from 06/06-10/06 for two people: 65 euros per night bed and breakfast

  • For staying 4 days or more you will be charged with lower price of the 1st significant room at the significant period (except 'high season').

  • To book a room it is required a deposit of 25% of the total amount (50% for high season). In case of cancellation up to 20 days before your arrival you will not be charged. For cancellation up to 7 days before your arrival you will be charged of 25%. For non-show you will be charged of 50%

  • AT THE ARRIVAL YOU HAVE TO PAY THE REST OF THE BILL

  • To extend your staying after the check-out time you will be charged with the 50% of the daily price (till 18:00), if the room is availiable.
