Covid 19- Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation due to corona restrictions, such as: ban on entry/ exit from/ to country of origin or destination, extraordinary quarantine measures, cancellation of flights/ routes due to corona or other corona restrictions, the hotel will not charge any cancellation fees, at any time annulment.
COVID 19 - INFORMATION AND RULES OF HOTEL
In this difficult for all of us time, our hotel does its best for the proper cleaning and disinfection of all areas with special conditions as well as approved and certified detergents/ disinfectants based on the protocols notified by the services of NATIONAL FOOD HEALTH CHECK, SANITARY, NATIONAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND MINISTRY OF TOURISM.
We ask for your understanding in:
-early departure (before 10:00 am) so that there is time to ventilate, clean and disinfect properly the room
-delayed arrival (from 15:00 pm) in order to ventilate and disinfect properly the room and to remove any possible odors from the disinfectants
-possible odors that may be present from the detergents/ disinfectants which have been used for the cleaning of the air conditions and their filters
-possible delays in cleaning. Detailed and thorough cleaning is done (with certified detergents/ disinfectants and covid 19 machines) to achieve the best and safest result for your health.
-a daily room tiding/ cleaning (only if the customer requests it) based on the instructions of the sanitary
-detailed inspection and observation by the hotel staff for the observance of distances between customers and the observance of hygiene and disinfection rules by all customers.
-possible delay in serving the breakfast. According to the new orders, only the hotel staff serves the breakfast (with or without a buffet) and the customer stays at his table or 1.5 meters from the buffet.
-reduced variety of items at breakfast. Foods that are dangerous, in terms of their material and complexity in preparation have been reduced.
-possible delay in preparing breakfast. Staff must work in different, more time-consuming conditions and properly disinfect all food before serving it to customers.
-limited operation of a shared WC in the breakfast area. Only for an emergency can the customer use the shared WC and take permission from the staff. We avoid the use of common objects and spaces that have been used by another customer and no more than 3 hours have passed since their disinfection.
- reduced facilities due to the risk of transmission of the virus (as it is announced in the protocols for the operation of accommodation)
Covid-19 - Restrictions & Reccomendations:
For the safety of staff and customers, the customer is advised to:
-keep safety distance 1,5 meter from the others
-wear a protective mask and disposable gloves in all places where he/she associates with other people
-washes his/her hands in time and avoids contact of his/her hands with another part of his body when he/she has touched something else before.
-to disinfect his/her hands when he/she arrives and enters the room
-see his/her room upon receipt and inform before his/her stay about anything that has been forgotten based on the specifications of cleanliness and disinfection
- disinfects everything he/she brings to the hotel from a place he/she was before (shopping, objects, etc.)
- in case of a symptom such as (sore throat, malaise, diarrhea, fever or anything that is not a common phenomenon of his health condition), he must immediately inform the hotel staff or the health center/ doctor of the area and he/she must not leave his/her room until make the correct diagnosis by a local professional.
